4 plates received 2-12-2025.
With RALU1 being the worst, there were a number of samples quantifying via absorbance as having little to no DNA. I SpeedVacced all 4 plates and resuspended in 20 ul H2O. The majority RALU1 still looked pretty low.
Samples in wells A1, E1, H1, C2-F2, and A3 of RALU3 were wound up >250 ng/ul. I diluted them all 3X with 34 ul H20 (3 ul were used in the initial quant.
The same was true and done for RALU4 wells F7, D8, E8, H8, C9, G10, A11, B11, D11, and F12.
The samples were then normalized to 10 ng/ul on the Nimbus.
