We reached out to Alessandra Ceretto to develop a project using the data she and Charlie Hubbard have found on how the rhizosphere microbiome changes in relation to a plant’s circadian rhythm. We are envisioning an analog clock that has moveable hands (either online or an actual physical clock) that, when interacted with, will change a “heat-map” on a digital representation of a plant and it’s rhizosphere.
