We will dilute GBS adaptor stocks to a more manageable volume and concentration. Our target is 25 uM. Starting with 19 ul at 100 uM concentration, we should add 57 ul of TE to attain 25 uM. Some plates may have more volume missing and adjustments will need to be made. All adjustments should be recorded here.
