3-29-2022 We will be pooling based off absorbance readings using the improved Nimbus pooling protocol, Normalization_Tracking_Adaptive. We will be normalizing to 10 ng/ul. This will leave samples below this as is. We will normalize in 20 ul, unless the starting concentration is above 100 ng/ul. We will normalize in 50 ul then. The Nimbus program will handle this volume switch on its own. |
Include Yoon plate for resequencing(16S0C8, 16S0D8, ITS0C8, ITS0D8). This just needs to be added to the pool.
