Data were returned to us 4-29-22. Report confusion has been cleared up. It involved using the index reads they ran in their calculations.

All samples have been pooled and were mailed for sequencing on Monday, 4-11-22. We normalized all preps based off absorbance readings using the improved Nimbus pooling normalization protocol, Normalization_Tracking_Adaptive . We will be normalizing to 10 ng/ul. This will leave , leaving samples below this as is. We will normalize normalized in 20 ul, unless the starting concentration is was above 100 ng/ul. We will normalize then normalized in 50 ul for those samples only. 2 ul from each sample was added to a new plate and then . The Nimbus program will handle this volume switch on its own.this plate was pooled into a column and the column was pooled into a 15 ml tube.
