2-11-2022 We are proceeding using the same protocol from “micro NovaSeq Run #4” up until pooling. We will await the results from LR2.5 before proceeding/adjusting pooling.
Include Yoon plate for resequencing(16S0C8, 16S0D8, ITS0C8, ITS0D8). This just needs to be added to the pool.
