3-29-2022 We will be pooling based off absorbance readings using the improved Nimbus pooling protocol, Normalization_Tracking_Adaptive. We will be normalizing to 10 ng/ul. This will leave samples below this as is. We will normalize in 20 ul, unless the starting concentration is above 100 ng/ul. We will normalize in 50 ul then. The Nimbus program will handle this volume switch on its own.
Include Yoon plate for resequencing(16S0C8, 16S0D8, ITS0C8, ITS0D8). This just needs to be added to the pool.
