Tennessee provided sample sheet was processed with this R script and this R workbook to create 2 lists of tubes to be plated and plated samples that need 16S and ITS amplicon sequencing.
The tubes were arrayed into plates upon arrival prior to realizing not all samples needed to be prepped. We used this script to create a tube pull list from the arranged samples and the tubes to be plated list.
