Microbial Ecology Collaborative – a science research, education, and outreach project funded by a 5-year NSF EPSCoR grant to Wyoming.

Modelscape Consortium – a data science project that will address cross-cutting challenges in the life sciences and that is funded by a 4-year NSF EPSCoR grant to the University of Wyoming, the University of Nevada-Reno, and the University of Montana.

Data Science Center – UW’s interdisciplinary Data Science Center hosts training, consulting, and professional development opportunities.

Genome Technologies Laboratory – UW’s core genomics laboratory for nucleic acid extractions and sequencing library construction.

Ecology and Biogeochemistry Core Lab – UW’s core laboratory for commonly used ecological and chemical assays of environmental samples.
