  9. Data Tab On lower left

    1. Look for the folders “Integrion_Anions” on the Anion Computer and expand them using the small “+” sign

    2. Locate your name and date

      1. If you do not have a folder yet, right click on the “Integrion_Anions” folder and create a folder with your name and date

    3. Then locate the “Templates as of 2022” folder and expand it

    4. Open the “Anion Sequences” folder using the “+” symbol

    5. Copy over the sequence named “Anions Full Tray Run with calibration 11-3-2021” in the “Anion Sequence” folder and paste to your name folder that is under “Integrion_Anions” and rename the sequence to include the date of the run first then your name and whatever you want to name your sequence.

    6. Example: Jake, needs to run 120 samples for his pharmaceuticals class. They copy the sequence name “Anions Full Tray Run with calibration 11-3-2021”, and put it under the folder “Jake 2022”.
They rename the sequence to “1-12-2022 Jake Pharmaceuticals Tray 1”

    10. Your adjusted templates should start with a “blank” and a “CCV” or if you need calibrations, it will start with “Cal Std 1”

    11. Following the “Blank” and “CCV” are 10 samples, numbered from 1 through 10 before the “CCV” and “Blank” need to be run again.

      1. Be sure to name your samples with your initials followed by a number/letter sequence, that would replace the place holder 1 through 10.

        1. For example, Jake Adams would be “JA01” instead of “1”.

    12. At the end of your samples run a CCV A followed by a Blank

    13. Double check to make sure you assigned a position to every sample to include the CCV and Blank(s)

    14. Click “Save” at the top of the schedule

    15. Loading Samples

    17. Add your Anion sequence to the instrument by clicking “Add” and navigating to the “Instrument Data” folder and then to the “Integrion Anions” folder, then locate the folder with your name and select the correct sequence

    18. Click “Ready Check” on the right side

    19. If no errors, and the Ultra Purified Water containers on each instrument are full and the waste container is ¾ or less full, proceed to hit “Start” on the right side to start running your samples.
