Fragment Analysis

The Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer is available for biological fragment analysis.

DNA 1000 Chips are the only diagnostic chips kept on hand currently.

• Detection range 15 to 1500 bp

• Sample quantity range 0.5 - 50 ng/ul

Samples should be diluted to within the working range of 1-50 ng/ul

An aliquot of your suspension buffer should be included with your submission

Your expected band(s) should fall within the 15-1500 bp range

10 ul per sample is the minimum acceptable volume for submissions
